Praying Through Holy Week

Join Georgia and Charles Harrison for Praying Through Holy Week 2026: Praying Like Jesus. This annual lunchtime devotional will take place from Monday, March 30, to Friday, April 3, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in the Hospitality Room (110). You need to bring only yourself and your Bible! Soup and bread will be served promptly at noon, and we will finish each day no later than 1:00 p.m. However, you may linger as long as you want to continue in prayer. RSVP online.

Be the Church Weekend

Join First United Methodist Church for Be the Church Weekend, April 10 through April 12, 2026! Participate in a variety of service projects for all ages alongside other area United Methodist Churches in partnership with local Wichita Falls organizations, including: Meals on Wheels, Interfaith Outreach, Faith Refuge, Swan Health, University Park Nursing, Wild Bird Rescue, Riverbend Nature Center, Boys and Girls Club, Wichita Falls Area Food Bank, SoberLiving, and more! Fill out our Service Project Interest Form online. After worship on Sunday, April 12, join FUMC for a celebration Fish (and Chicken) Fry Lunch in Fellowship Hall! Donations are encouraged and will support FUMC Mission Projects, such as Dinner and a Movie, the Hygiene Store, and the Blessing Box.

Music for Organ and Trumpet

Join FUMC, Katherine Meloan, and Thomas Sexton for an evening of music on Thursday, April 30, at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. This event is free to the public. 

Bible, Arts, and Music Camp 2026

Mark your calendars! Bible, Arts, and Music (BAM) Camp is Monday, June 15, through Thursday, June 18, 2026. When everything seems to go wrong, God makes it right! Children will learn about Godly Improvisation through Bible stories, music, dance, and art at BAM Camp! Children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade (complete) are invited to attend. Registration begins March 15—register online. Advanced registration is required—camp space is limited.
