Meet Kathy Jackson!
We are pleased to announce Kathy Jackson as the new director of School for Little People. Kathy has had nearly 30 years of experience in education. She comes to us from the Montessori School of North Dallas where she has served in an administrative role. She has had more than two decades’ experience inside the classroom, much of it teaching children ages two through five. A native Wichitan, Kathy comes to us aware of the heritage of SLP and is dedicated to maintaining the high standards and founding principles of our school.
“I am excited to join the School For Little People Staff as the new director. I was born and raised in Wichita Falls and am looking forward to coming back home after living in the Dallas area for the last few years.”
Kathy has been married to Kevin for 35 years. They have two adult children, Jonathon and Sarah, and two grand-dogs. When not working, Kathy enjoys going on adventures, big and small, with her family. She also enjoys designing and crafting with her Cricut.
Kathy will begin her tenure on August 9.
