    2. Sanctuary or Chapel (Administrative Assistant)
    3. Reception (Food Service Director if reception is to be held at the church)
    4. Organist
    5. Florist
    6. Photographer
    7. Cake
  2. Schedule conference with Minister.
  3. Schedule conference with Minister of Music.
  4. Schedule conference with Organist.
  5. Schedule conference with Food Service Director if the reception is to be held at the church.
