Join Us for Christmas Eve!

You’re invited!

One of the most beautiful and inspiring worship services of the year is the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. Bring your family and friends to celebrate the birthday of our Savior, Jesus Christ, at First United Methodist Church with a sermon by Rev. John McLarty and Christmas music sung by our Chancel Choir and soloists. Communion will be served in Perkins Chapel starting at 5:00 pm and will also be available after the worship service.

If you bought a poinsettia, please take it home with you following the service.

If you are unable to join us in person, the service will be streamed live on our YouTube channel and broadcast on Fox at 9:00 pm.

P.S. Since Christmas Eve is on Sunday this year, you might be wondering, “Is church canceled on Sunday morning?” It is not! We will have one worship service at 10:30 on Christmas morning. Children and Youth Sunday school classes will not meet; some adult classes may meet so please contact your class leader or Rev. Georgia Harrison if you have questions.
