Prevenient Grace, Sin, Justifying Grace, & Sanctifying Grace

John Wesley spoke of “the marrow of Scripture.”  Basically, he was speaking about those elements of Scripture that are most important – the core.  Focusing on these elements (Prevenient Grace, Sin, Justifying Grace, & Sanctifying Grace) can help us see the most important elements of the Scriptures.  To learn more about these things, click HERE.

Does this passage speak of our need for God’s intervention in our lives?

Does this passage speak of God’s initiative in helping us turn to God and God’s initiative in declaring us righteous?

Does this passage speak of God’s initiative in helping us become more Christ-like and God’s initiative in helping us grow our relationship / partnership with God?
