Reservation and Cancellations:

  • Space will be reserved, as available, for each child completing the Registration Packet. Enrollment is complete when a Registration Form and immunization record have been filed with the Director and the Registration fee has been paid.
  • For parents who want to vary the days their child attends Children's Center, reservations may be made occasionally, as space is available. To request a Drop-In appointment, you must call the director. Occasionally, your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will be contacted in the event of a cancellation.
  • For Full-Time and Permanent Part-Time children, payments will be made regardless of attendance. We would appreciate notification when a child will not be in attendance so we will not worry. For Drop-In care, a no-show fee will be charged if cancellation is not made by 9:00am on the day of care. This charge must be paid before another day of care can be scheduled.
